Howdy, Iām april
Made for makers, music lovers, gamers, fantasy readers, cosy crafters, and fibre-loving nerds alike, my kitchen has become a place where I can hand-dye yarn and silk inspired by the worlds I love most. My inspiration is drawn from tabletop campaigns, album covers, and video game colour palettes.
Every skein and silk piece is dyed in small batches using thoughtfully sourced local materials wherever possible, with a focus on unique colours, and one-of-a-kind combinations. I love experimenting with unexpected palettes, moody tones, neon chaos, and colourways that feel like they belong in a spellbook, pixel dungeon, or space opera.
I believe yarn can tell stories just as much as music can. Whether you knit while listening to your favourite records, crochet through a late-night gaming session, or collect yarn like rare treasure drops, our fibres are made to spark creativity and feel deeply personal.
Thanks for supporting independent dyeing, local materials, and unapologetically nerdy creativity from Melbourne.
